Absolutely Great Service Team
On vacation with 4 couples and more than 300 miles from home, 2 bikes broke down. My 2014 ultra limited started overheating. My friend's 2011 street glide intermittently would lost all throttle response. The dealer was closed on Monday as were all other HD dealers in the area, which meant we sat around in the rental home all day. I called Tuesday morning and explained the situation to Corinna. We had both bikes towed to the dealership and about 3 hours later both bikes were fixed. A new water pump was installed on the 2014 and a couple of frayed wires on the 2011 were repaired. This team saved our vacation and did it incredibly fast. Both bikes were fixed the same day for two out of town people, which the dealer knew would probably not be repeat customers because we live in a different state. The bikes ran great the rest of the trip and made it home to Massachusetts without any issues.
Corinna, the service manager, was a pleasure to deal with and kept a water pump in stock just for situations like ours.
I highly recommend this dealer if you are ever in their area.

The staff were fantastic
I spent a week in Geneva NY and stopped by the HD shop. The staff were fantastic and made my visit a great one. I have been to lots of HD shops and this was one of the better shop.
